Brain GymŽ is a powerful means of addressing specific obstacles to your success or well-being. Behaviors can become ingrained and "conditioned" through a single traumatic moment, or through actions or thoughts repeated over time. The result is an automatic reflexive behavior that can seem to defy our conscious will to change.
