Please note: To get the most out of this course, you will also want a copy of the book Brain Gym Teacher’s Edition, available in class for $19.95 ($21.61 including tax). You are welcome to add this to your registration and we will hold a copy for you.

*Note to those repeating BG101: The BG101 course manual has undergone an extensive revision and expansion. You are welcome to repeat the course with your old manual, but you will very likely want a copy of this new one - it is WONDERFUL. You can purchase a new manual in class for $29.95 ($32.44 including tax).

What will I experience and learn in the Brain Gym© Course?

• 26 Brain Gym movements and their use to create a state of effective ease
• A variety of simple yet powerful Brain Gym balances that you can use yourself or facilitate with others, including:
• Dennison Laterality Repatterning to integrate the right and left hemispheres of the brain, creating communication and coordination throughout the body
• More advanced balances that enhance our ability to function in the three main cranial/body dimensions (laterality, centering and focus) so the whole system is balanced to communicate, organize and comprehend.
• How to use these practical tools in the classroom or at home.
